- 1. Complete the online registration form below.
- Note: You may need to scroll within the frame for the entire form. The last question is "How did you hear about Alderwood?" Click the submit button and then if you wish to use PayPal to handle your fees click on that button.
- 2. Use your major credit card and our secure PayPal account to handle your fees or mail your check or money order to:

Please note that we require all the items listed in the checklist in order to complete your child's enrollment. If you wish to guarantee a spot for your child while you obtain the necessary forms, then please enclose a note stating that this is what you are doing and indicate when we can expect receipt of the outstanding items. We will hold your child's spot for up to 30 days.
